"When Andrew started the job he give us a 6 month completion date and a 150,000 dollar price tag. Andrew then worked everday but two that I recall. He was almost always at the construction site. He was very involved in all aspects of the completion. And I believe that his diligence and hard work ethic enabled him to finish the project 3 months early and almost 7,000 dollars under. We were able to add a upstairs to my garage and add on to our deck, not to mention up grade to better insulation with the extra money. And at the end I even got a couple of hundred dollars left over.
