My husband & I recently used Anchor Construction for an addition to our home. I wanted to use Anchor Construction because Andrew (owner) had done work for my sister & did such a great job on my mother’s home after tornado damage.
What a great experience! I have had numerous remodeling disasters through the years, but this job was a most enjoyable & timely completion. Andrew called me daily to report what would be done & who to expect at my home. Each day Andrew came by and even made sure cleanup was done. Yes, really cleanup was done.

The home I purchased from Andrew at Anchor Construction was my first house.

detail set this home apart from the 30 other houses I had toured. My wife and
I have been here for over a year now and still love it.

Andrew gave
special attention to detail and was great with customer service, completing the
job in a timely manner.
When Andrew started the job he give us a 6 month completion date and a $150,000 price tag.
Andrew then worked everday but two that I recall. He was almost always at the construction site.
He was very involved in all aspects of the completion. And I believe that his diligence and
hard work ethic enabled him to finish the project 3 months early and almost 7,000 dollars under.
We were able to add a upstairs to my garage and add on to our deck, not to mention up grade to better
insulation with the extra money.
And at the end I even got a couple of hundred dollars left over.
I would highly recommend Andrew for any project because I have personally seen him work.
Andrew, and his crews, at Anchor Construction met or exceeded all of my expectations
of quality and cost when I contracted him to build my business office. He beat out two other,
longer established,
construction contractors in price and then came in under budget and ahead
of the agreed upon timing. I am very happy with the finished building.
